Healthier Choices


You owe it to yourself!!



We all want to make Healthier Choices be it our eating habits, drinking habits or exercise habits.  Our lifestyles are forever changing with all the processed foods, Genetically modified foods as well as how often we get out and move about.

We need to be a lot more weary of what we choose to consume now days, because as I have found out and I am sure many of you reading this, have as well.

Government and Pharmaceutical manufacturers, and food manufacturers alike are not concerned with out health.  All they are concerned about is the bottom dollar and how they can profit, and with respects to Governments around the world, they gain a huge chunk of the financial pie!!



What I want to achieve from my page is that people start really thinking hard and long about what they are putting into their bodies.  You owe it to yourself to make Healthier Choices.

All you need to do is start staying away from fast food and takeaways.  But as the image above says, “Start Small”.

What I have been doing is making sure that I eat before I go out to the shops.  And if I happen to want to eat out, I will make the healthier choice in what meal I will order, ensuring it has a combination of food, thinking about the colours in the above image,  and those are the Green, Meaning Healthier Choices, Eat a lot of, Amber Not so Healthy and means slow down and eat in moderation.  Then we have those which for me signal a Red Alarm Bell.  Only eat sometimes, if at all.
